REI Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company (constituted by the board resolution passed on November 04, 2009), at its meeting held on November 06, 2009 has authorized:
Opening of the issue of foreign currency convertible bonds ("FCCB") to eligible investors of up to USD 112.5 Million with the relevant date for the purposes of determining the minimum price at which the equity shares of the Company will be issued pursuant to the conversion of the FCCBs, being the date of this Committee meeting i.e. November 06, 2009.
